I started this blog mainly because I wanted to bring all the lovely things I’ve seen and eaten together in one place.
For me this is a database, of flavours, colors and all that is food.
Local and artisan produce, sustainability and animal welfare is important to me and I want to feature it as much as I can.
My philosophy to food and healthy eating
Whenever you can, try to buy from small independent producers instead of big supermarkets.
You will taste the difference!
Try to buy free range meat and eggs, if you can. I don’t like the idea of battery hens.
Visit farm shops, they sell the most beautiful things.
Try not to buy processed food as much as you can.
